About Racquet Management Solutions
Who We Are
Racquet Management Solutions, LLC is a tennis and pickleball facility management company based in Shreveport, Louisiana. We operate public racquet sports facilities under contract with municipalities, bringing professional programming, staffing, and maintenance to courts that belong to the community.
Under contract with the City of Shreveport, Racquet Management Solutions manages two facilities:
Querbes Tennis Center — a public tennis facility serving north Shreveport, offering junior development programs, adult leagues, private instruction, and open court play.
Southern Hills Racket Club — a multi-sport racquet facility offering tennis and pickleball programming, league play, clinics, and instruction for players at every level.
Both facilities are city-owned and open to the public.
What We Do
We take on the full operation of a racquet facility so that a city doesn't have to. That includes:
Programming — junior development, adult leagues, clinics, camps, and tournaments
Professional instruction — private and group lessons from certified teaching professionals
Staffing — hiring, training, and supervising front desk, instructional, and maintenance personnel
Facility maintenance — court care, resurfacing coordination, lighting, and grounds
Financial management — transparent monthly reporting, capital fund contributions, and reinvestment in the facilities we operate
Our Approach
Public courts succeed when there's a clear path for a new player to become a lifelong one. Our programming is built around that path deliberately: an adult who has never held a racquet can start in an introductory clinic, progress into a developmental league, move into competitive team play, and end up on a USTA roster — all without leaving the facility where they started.
The same principle drives our junior programming, where players advance through skill-based stages rather than age groups alone.
We measure our work by participation. More people on court, more often, across more of the community.
Technology
Racquet Management Solutions develops software supporting organized league play, including League Captain Assistant — a team management platform that helps league captains manage rosters, collect player availability, generate lineups, coordinate reschedules, and communicate with their teams by direct text message.
League Captain Assistant is operated by Racquet Management Solutions, LLC. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published at league-captain-assistant.vercel.app.
Leadership
Michael Pereira — General Manager
Michael is a USPTA Elite Professional with experience directing racquet sports programs in South Carolina, Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, and Louisiana. He is a back-to-back Shreveport/Bossier City Tennis Champion and oversees all programming, staffing, and operations at both facilities.
